StockSmart does not guarantee inventory availability, sales performance, profits, or forecast accuracy.
Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
StockSmart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Termination
Merchants may uninstall StockSmart at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these terms.
